Advance Notice: Supporters Association AGM on Wednesday 2nd October 2019

This is an open invitation to all members of Honiton Gymnastics Club to attend the Honiton Gymnastics Supporters’ Association AGM on Wednesday 2nd October 2019. The meeting will be held at the Devon Freewheelers Unit on Gloucester Crescent, Honiton (behind the gym club) from 7.00pm to 8.00pm. Please come along and show your support.

Every year, the SA must hold a general annual meeting where all committee members must stand down. Members who want to continue in their current role (or a different capacity) and new members looking to join the committee should nominate themselves to the chairman prior to the AGM. Please email honitongymclubsa@gmail.com. All positions are up for re-appointment and nominees will be elected at the AGM. If there are two or more volunteers for a position, these will be put to a vote to everyone in the room.
