Book your birthday party at Honiton Gymnastics Centre
It’s birthday time! And Honiton Gymnastics Centre has the perfect answer – a fun-filled gymnastics activity party.
Take over Honiton Gymnastics Centre!
The lucky birthday boy or girl (and their friends) will get to explore the whole gymnastics centre under the guidance of our experienced party leaders; while you get full use of our reception and kitchen facilities to set-up the birthday celebrations.
The afternoon can include:
- Gymnastics party games to your favourite music
- ‘Bounce and bop’ on the air track
- Soft-play fun
- Party parkour
- Team Pyramid Challenge
- Birthday bumps
- …and much more
The cost
£160 for up to 10 partygoers, plus £9 per additional child after that (£140 to be paid to confirm booking and final balance paid before the date of the party)
Member discount!
£140 for up to 10 attendees if your child is a Honiton Gymnastics Club member (Recreational or Competition groups), plus £7 per additional child after that (£120 to be paid to confirm booking and final balance paid before the date of the party)
When?
Parties take place on Saturdays from 5pm until 7pm (plus 30-minute setup prior to this and 30-minute clear-up afterwards). The party includes a one-hour gymnastics activity party, followed by your own food and celebration. One party maximum per week, so please book in advance in plenty of time.
Please note: we do not have any flexibility on the start time for Saturday party times as we have regular gymnastics sessions booked in every week until 4.30pm, which is followed by the entrance/reception being used for parents picking up gymnasts.
Special requests?
Have a particular request? Interested in a superhero or princess party? Let us know and we can arrange for party leaders to dress up in superhero or princess outfits.
How to book
- Check the Honiton Gymnastics Club calendar to see if there is already a party on that day. If there are no parties or big events listed then we have availability! Please do not email/message to ask if there is availability.
- Download and fill in the Party Booking Form. This is a Word document, so should be filled in in Word and emailed back (please don’t print the form)
- Email your fully-completed form to info@honitongymclub.org (label your email with Surname/Party).
- We’ll check for staff availability, then email you to confirm the party can go ahead.
- Pay the deposit (£140 for members and £160 for non-members) or make full payment. When your payment has been received, we will then confirm your booking and add your party to our online event calendar.
- Email honitongymclub@gmail.com to confirm final numbers, send a list of all party attendees, and pay for any additional attendees no later than 10 days before the party.
